Window Screen Frame Repair
Sometimes the mesh is fine but the frame itself is the problem — bent aluminum, a cracked corner, a frame that no longer sits square in the window track. We repair and rebuild damaged screen frames so the screen fits and functions properly again, without needing a full custom replacement.
Common Frame Problems We Fix
- Bent or dented aluminum frame rails
- Broken or missing corner pieces
- Frames that have warped and no longer sit flush
- Damage from storms, falls, or being knocked out of the track
- Loose or failing corner joints
How It Works
We assess whether the existing frame can be straightened and repaired or needs a new rail section. In many cases we can rebuild the frame using the original aluminum extrusion with new corners, saving you the cost of a full custom frame. If the frame is too damaged to repair, we'll let you know and quote a replacement instead — see Frame Manufacturing for that option.
Why It's Worth Fixing vs. Replacing
A repaired frame costs less and takes less time than a full custom rebuild, and it gets your screen back in the window without the wait. We'll always tell you honestly which route makes more sense for your specific screen.
